Fully Refundable Deposit. All deposits are 100% refundable up to 90 days before your scheduled build start date. Your deposit will be applied in full toward your final vehicle purchase price. Deposits do not constitute a purchase agreement or binding contract of sale.
Production Not Guaranteed. A preorder reservation does not guarantee that your selected vehicle model will enter production. Schubert Motors USA Inc. reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel production of any vehicle at any time. Achieving an internal production threshold does not constitute a binding production commitment.

Estimated Delivery — September 2030. The September 2030 delivery date is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery commitment. Schubert Motors will provide written notice of any material schedule changes with no less than 180 days' advance notice. Depositors retain the full right to a refund if a delivery timeline change is unacceptable.
